I have worked in Southend for 17 years. I aim to make Southend a cleaner place to work, rest and play!!


Run events to promote community spirit and to enhance the area in which we live


We as a school shall clean up the street around our school by putting litter in the bin.


getting the local schools involved on litter walks to improve local areas


I will instigate cleansing of some of our local litter hotspots.


organise a campus litter pick as part of our campus open day .create an anti litter policy for school and raise enough money to have one of our childrens anti litter designs made into a permanent sign for our outside area


The Neighbourhood Warden Team will lead, support and promote a number of local Love Where You Live initiatives.

I will litter-pick my local park and encourage others to do so.


Encourage and support our communities to participate in litter picks and keep areas clean


Participate in the Love where you live competition involving the Snakes and Ladders game about the places you like and dislike in your community. Hold a Bash the Trash event in school. Eco-committee to litter pick in local area.


Through working with our school council and eco team, we will use pupil voice to the full, to empower our young people to look after their local area and love where they live. We will monitor waste, healthy living and continue our commitment to a rights respecting ethos, spreading across the whole community


We are currently developing our school site so that it is tidier, more attractive and personal to the children in our community.


Work in partnership with neighbours to reduce litter in our surrounding area


To organise events within the local community to keep our area litter free.


Continue to litter pick in my spare time with my children, but particularly pick up litter in front of others to break the taboo or embarrassment people seem to feel in picking things up!


I will cleanup, reduce and maintain the litter and cleanliness of Chapelford
